Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Pakistan, including major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and other regions.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on your location).
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (available in major cities).

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Rs. 200 (Free shipping on orders above Rs. 4000).
• Express Shipping: Rs. 500 (For urgent deliveries).

Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted courier services such as TCS, Leopards, M&P, and BlueEx to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
• You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.

 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available in most cities.
• For orders above Rs. 5,000, advance payment may be required.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order is lost or damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
• We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund based on the case.
